From every bank you link, through Plaid.
Your newest banks pause until you’re within the new plan’s bank limit. A paused bank stops updating and keeps everything it brought in. You choose which banks stay active: on Accounts, Use this bank swaps a paused bank for an active one, any time. After 30 days paused, Meridian disconnects the bank and keeps its history, read-only.
No. Changing plans never deletes anything: your transactions, the accounts and transactions you added by hand, budgets, recurring charges and past insights all stay. Only removing a bank yourself, or deleting your account, removes data.
No. The advisor reads your own numbers and gives you information, not financial advice. It never moves money or trades, and it can get things wrong, so check figures that matter before you act on them.
Paid plans aren’t on sale yet. Once they are, cancelling one moves you to Free, and your banks pause as described above. To delete your account, open Settings and go to Your data: Meridian first revokes its access to your banks, then removes your records. Download your data there first if you want to keep it.
